We offer free shipping within Australia.
Your order will be mailed using Australia Post, registered mail and insured to the value of the purchase.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from us containing your order details. Please allow 45 days between placing your order and receiving your purchase as this allows for manufacturing and postage.
In the unlikely event that, for any reason, your order can not be filled or delivered on time, we will contact you within two business days of making your online order and arrange a full refund of the purchase price.
If you have an urgent order, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss alternative arrangements.
Refund & Exchange Policy:
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, if any attempt has been made to alter the product or for garments which have been made to order in custom sizes or colours. Where a return is necessary, you are reasonable for the return postage costs, unless your garment is faulty.
Please email us with notification of the items and reason for the return and we will respond with instructions on how to proceed.
We recommend that you return the product via registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. B & W Bridal Boutique will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
